Image Uploading

Event though it is a little old, judging by this post (

you are not able to upload images directly to MailChimp via the API.
Is this still the case?

While I'm asking, it doesn't look like you can create an actual 'list'
via the API either, only segments / interest groups? Is this correct
as well? Thanks!

While initially planned, We have yet to allow direct image uploading
due to the abuse potential.

We've never planned on allowing list creation:
