Jane Hawley of Four Elements Organic Herbals will be coming to give a class on making shrubs, switchels and cordials from honey vinegar. I have made some vinegar, maybe enough for those of you who have not done so.

Bring jars to take home samples of the workshop: several half pints and pints with lids should be adequate.

Donations will be requested to cover the costs.
