Highly agile, continuous delivery with a love of open source, they have won about a billion awards! They have 6 Million in Angel Funding and Have huge investor behind them. 

*Excellent Scala (Commercial Use)

*Strong HTTP knowledge

*Integration and Service Patterns

*Experience in Non-Blocking Reactive Patterns (Big Bonus)
