There's the dormant
jbo...@yahoogroups.com, which would be appropriate if this next generation language comes under the umbrella of the Loglan project, and the dormant
enge...@yahoogroups.com, for engelang discussion in general. (Both lists are old, still functional, and owned by me.) There's so much overlap between folk interested in engelangs and folk interested in loglangs, that there wouldn't seem to be much point in starting a new loglang list.

That is Conlang List, the forum for discussion of all sorts of invented language (except for the sociopolitical aspect of international auxiliary languages).
