Help with dictionary.

Here are some words that I've encountered so far what I could not easily translate.

apply (for a job)   -   jibri + cpedu ?

blackboard   -   zasterci'a (I've coined this and been using it as any kind of temporary surface, like whiteboard / blackboard / chalk board).

bubble   -   fomsle ?

Do take a little bit of time, but keep in mind that tanru are acceptable answers if that's what works best (like "book shelf").

"fomsle" has been in jbovlaste for years. The other two sound good to me; I'd
say "cpedu lo jibri" rather than make a lujvo. Maybe I'd use a lujvo like
"ci'acpe" for "to ask in writing".
