I believe there are too many places to talk about lojban now. 

Although it's nice that lojban is spreading I see the same people talking in different places.

I can remember

1. lojban.org wiki pages
   
2. different Google docs edited by the community
3. lojban.org archive, primarily unsorted and chaotic
   
4. lojban irc chat. At least four channels #lojban, #ckule, #makfa, #jbopre. Although some extracts from it are selectively being put onto lojban.org wiki

Items #9 through #13 actually duplicate each other. If facebook or G+ allow creating topics in a group then they also clash with this google group

I understand that #8 is created by individual lojbanists. I'm grateful that they are spreading info on lojban further.

I understand that facebook and G+ are struggling to defeat each other (what does lojbanists has to do with it ?)

May be I forgot about some other resourses but isn't this factionalism enough ?

Why not select few services and put everything there ?

e.g.

• lojban wiki
• lojban discussion forum that allows creating subforums for non-English lojbanists
• lojban voice chat

P.S. Google Wave was nice for chats but I'm not sure whether current Apache Wave is reasonable.

This isn't about competing formats. I, Lindar Greenwood, am personally undertaking this effort as a pseudo-BPFK member. I've picked what appear to be the three most popular media and am now pretty much reposting stuff from Lojban-central (IRC and the mailing list) so that the wider community has an idea of what is going on instead of being this completely detached section that has no idea what's going on. So this isn't really a community effort, per se. This is actually semi-official reposting of bureaucratic bullshit from the LLG/BPFK that I'm trying to transmit to all of the people that are pretty much alienated from our community so we can start involving all of the Japanese/Russian/$nonwesternculture people that don't enjoy sitting on IRC all freaking day.

Also, if anybody knows how to use that site, please credit me as the creator of the song they have put up there titled "Kids Show". That's my recording/composition.

I agree that information on lojban must be everywhere. But is it really happening ?

I guess we need to revise all the stuff that lojban has accumulated by now and place it onto lojban.org

This is not happening on a regular basis.

Lot's of stuff nut it's not easily accessible.

As for facebook, g+ and livejournal you should definitely harness any cross-posting tool.

The ideal would be to add Google groups to this cross-posting mechanism too.

Hmm... I'm not sure whether it's easy to register on vk.com for {nalsofto} residents as you need to provide your mobile phone number and confirm it all via entering the code you receive in a sms message. You may try.

As for the interface VK is a successful clone of facebook on {softo tutra} and looks quite familiar to facebook users.

I've used it before, and it works as advertised. I don't know if it
will allow you to post to a group in facebook though.
