Who can help an Esperanto speaker with learning Lojban?

He speaks Esperanto. Who can help him?

You seem to be looking for somebody who
(a) is knowledgeable enough about Lojban to be a useful informant;
(b) speaks Esperanto (and probably also the official language of Lojbanistan, ie English);
(c) is able and willing to use facebook.com.

I do (b) (as do others here, I suppose), but I hardly (a) in any sense, and I don't (c). If there's nevertheless something I can do, please tell.

Or, why don't you bring the person in question over here to this list, where he or she can ask questions in Esperanto (or whatever)? Would that be easier?
