Saluton,

(Yes, the two gismu "sampu" and "pluja" are very similar to each other. But that is not sufficiently important to change the definitions, which are in any case baselined.)

It's Esperanto.

I knew the language was Esperanto, but I am curious what the original question was.  Because your answer appears to imply that pluja and sampu are near synonyms, when in fact they are antonyms.  Or was the question why one is not simply tol- the other?

The question was: "I just found out that the two gismu {sampu} and {pluja} have a different number of sumit places. To me it seems that these two words are antonyms, so could it be that one place is superfluous (in one definition) or that one is lacking (in the other definition)?"

This is the place to gather such issues:
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-editpage.php?page=BPFK+Section%3A+gismu+Issues

I've just added the pluja-sampu issue. If you know about some issue
not listed there, please add it.

I think I remember Robin saying something about removing those stupid "by standard" and "in epistemology" places after CLL1.1.

I think it's better to have to many issues on that list than to few.
Also, sorry about posting link to the edit form instead of the proper
