Fw: Student Proposals Now Being Accepted for Google Summer of Code 2014

Dear students interested in GSoC,

the student application period for the Google Summer of Code is now
open. As you can also read below, the deadline is 21 March 19:00 UTC.

The system lets students edit their proposal until the deadline. This
is a part of the review process as well, where proposals can be
improved based on mentor comments on the system.

Additionally, this year, students need to submit proof of their student
status now, rather than later in the process. Please keep this in mind
and submit your proposal early.
