updated liquid_cms gem

Just a quick note...

I've released a new version of my liquid_cms gem. It can be found at
https://rubygems.org/gems/liquid_cms

Version 0.3.1.x for rails 3 and 0.2.1.x for rails 2 compatibility.

This version includes some bigger features and cleans a few things up
over the previous releases. The biggest additions are the ability to
tag assets and associate meta data with assets. See the built-in
documentation for details on using the liquid asset_data tag to access
this data in your liquid templates.
