她是俄罗斯的蒙古人。他们的家乡不大。有美丽的贝加尔湖，和列宁之乡。在他们的家乡也有自己的语言，听的出来，她喜欢自己的家乡，虽然很小，但是让她很温暖。
· You must have many unforgettable experiences in your life, among them, what influenced you most and why?
在美国做交流项目的那段时间经历。只有她一个人是俄罗斯的，有种举目无亲的感觉，但是当地人对她很好，很照顾她，不论遇到什么事情，她们都微笑的告诉他，take it easy.美国让他觉得充满了活力，美国的小孩子让她感觉到了力量。可爱天真。还比较了中国学生和美国学生的不一样。在美国的那段时间，自己是非常的独立的。
· What do you think was the most difficult challenge, how did you feel when faced up with the difficulty? How did you manage to overcome it, could you please describe it in details?
首先，要有耐心，不要太激动，太生气，然后不要失落，要坚强。自己要冷静时才能最好的解决问题，实在是太难了，可以找会的人寻求帮助，自己就是这样的。
· Why do you want to come to China and what do you think of China’s political and economic situations? How is China like in your eyes? Just take it easy and follow your heart.
她此行的另外一个目的是希望能够了解中国是否有适合自己工作的机会，因为她觉的中国的国情，政治，经济，都在飞速的发展，这里有许多的机会。
· What’s your perspective of the differences among different cultures?
通过 不同的朋友，不同的人情交往处理事情的习惯发现不同的文化。

中国的生活起居文化，举出了一个中国人的餐厅和国外的区别，和中国人在天气热时的行为举止。比如说，中国男人天气热喜欢把衣服掀起来。
· As you know, there'll be local artists provide some cultural trainings, what will you do if you think this training is boring?
不论怎么无聊，都要尊重别人，而且这些文化都是自己以前不曾学习过的，也不会觉得无聊，并且她也希望跟大家一起分享。
· What's your opinion towards protecting the traditional culture? I mean that what do you think should we do to protect it?Can you give some detail suggestions.
从自己平时的一些言行举止来告诉自己的孩子也要注意保护文化。做些微电影，给大众看，或者可以做些文化公园的活动，进行展览。或者做志愿者活动。

没事，只要有冷水就可以了。可以洗澡。

能做就做，实在不能做就给别的队员去做，不存在什么喜欢，满意不满意的，该做就得做。
· After the exchange, you have to finish about 4 feedbacks to MC and LC. Is it OK?MC is the member commity of mainland of china,and LC is local commity such like aiesec changhsa.

了解长沙，了解南中国。

告诉她在我们项目在湘西，可能会有需要出钱住宿的问题，
他没有表示赞同，但也没反对，告诉我们希望我们尽量能够解决掉住宿问题的支出。
总评：这个小姑娘，有些国外交换的经历，以前来过中国，在北方，这次想来了解中国的南方，看得出对中国很喜欢。然后对项目很有兴趣，重要的是，他是个能够理解文化差异的人，性格非常的温柔友善，很天真可爱的。但是处理事情调理清晰。很善于言辞，喜欢交流。应该挺能吃苦的。可能个人技巧什么没什么优势，就是他的团队经历什么的，我觉得还不错。

很美丽 有很多山 有大城市也有接近大自然的地方 当地人很友善，一般都不说英语 。她很喜欢她的家乡。
I have seen your profile before the interview, and I know that you have already got a longtime education and some amazing part-time job experience. So you must have many unforgettable experiences in your life, among them, what influenced you most and why?
去韩国一个学期（6个月左右），体会到不同的生活与文化，认识到了很多好朋友。
When faced up with the difficulty, how did you manage to overcome it, could you please give us a real experience for example?
在印度尼西亚的时候，朋友在热带雨林被猴子咬了，到处找医院，找当地的居民都找不到。（没听清最后怎么处理的了…）

认为中国的文化很有趣很丰富，历史悠久。已经去过韩国、印度尼西亚等亚洲国家，想来中国体验不同的文化，体验和现在不一样的生活。
What will you do if you find that China is not the same as you have expected?
没来过中国，其实对中国也没太多的expectation。对她来说，，无论中国是什么样子，她都是想来体验一下不一样的文化。
I’m wondering which city do you prefer? Will you choose big cities like Shanghai or medium cities like Changsha？
上海北京那种大城市以后肯定会有机会去的，主要是想通过这样的志愿者机会来中部小城市看看。
Have you ever engaged in organizing an activity? What was your role? How did you successfully achieve your assignments?
取决于参与的这个项目怎么样。一般是做活动参与者，但是如果项目被组织的不好，被水了，会帮忙来组织起项目，使它能更好地进行下去。
What's your opinion about Chinese traditional culture as you have known? Can you say the differences between the culture in your hometown and in China (please give me at least 3 differences)?
好像答成了中西方文化的差异。亚洲人很热情，当然她们国家的人也很热情…然后韩国人对她很好…还说亚洲人不太会拒绝say no,比较含蓄委婉，然后西方人说话比较直接，他们会直接表达自己的观点。
What's your opinion towards protecting the traditional culture? Can you give us some detailed advice? So we can use them to improve our program.
教育。要让小孩子年轻人了解自己国家的传统文化并好好学习传承，要让自己民族的年轻人为自己民族的传统文化感到骄傲。
If your teammates are indifferent to the project and you really dislike him/her, what would you do?
要看事情的严重性。如果不严重的话，她可以忍受，但是太过分的话，她会直接去与那些teammates进行，面对面沟通，一起完成好项目。
If one day you're lost in playing games with your friends, then you have to be punished. So will you feel embarrassed to sing a song? Can you sing a song now?
愿意，但是会觉得有点难堪。唱了一首斯洛伐克的民族歌曲，很好听，但两三句之后以唱破音，然后笑着结束。
all of us may have to stay in a stockade (sp just like remote villages) where the net or mobile signal may be poor and weak. So how will you adapt yourself to it and can you help us to change others’ bad mood during this kind of “boring” time?
可以适应，想摆脱现代人的普遍的电脑前生活方式。会去爬山摄影，会去体验当地人的生活，当地人的故事，和他们对事情的看法，好像还提到了什么了解其国际视野，对世界的看法。

As you know, we will have a final performance in the campus in Changsha even in the street, which the topic is Cultural Protection, if you are the team leader of the conference, how will you organize this? 2 minutes
做宣传让别人知道自己的活动，然后找学校协商。回答的比较模糊和笼统，感觉不太像teamleader式的角色。
I have to tell you Changsha is very hot in summer, you may work in some places without air conditioners, how will you handle these problems?
耐心一点，接受事实，继续工作。承受能力很厉害的姑娘。
if there are some bugs in the room you live in xiangxi, will you be scared and what will you do with them?
会害怕，会灭了它们。还问蜘蛛是否有害。告诉它是无害的，只是长得恶心。

食宿怎么样 住在host family 吃的话自己解决
总评：觉得还不错，还算外向，比较热情积极，是个踏实肯干型的人，心理承受能力不错，重在体验文化差异，就是想体验不一样的生活，抱怨会比较少，能接受现实并积极面对。

之前参加过一个summer camp，在那期间遇到了一些困难（没具体说是什么困难）。但是她觉得人生就是要乐于接受一个又一个的挑战，她不害怕挑战（这一点我非常欣赏）· Why do you want to come to China and what do you think of China’s political and economic situations? How is China like in your eyes? Just take it easy and follow your heart.
妹子说自己是中国人（华裔）。觉得中国是一片很大的土地，很想更多地探索中国，学到中国的文化。还有她说自己是一个喜欢旅游的人。（这点我们跟她表示了我们的project不是旅游啊。。。）

之前在支教活动中当过leader，前期准备工作啊，招募志愿者什么的都有做。他们详细规划怎么样去教育孩子，最后也与孩子们相处十分愉快。

总之，是有点混乱（中间有些地方信号老不好）但是却相当愉快的面试经历~ 结束后我跟justin整个就一捡到宝的感觉好么！这么开朗的妹子，经历丰富，还会中文，英语口语又好。而且最重要的是十分注重团队的团结。果断要了要了~~~

我和COLA的意见，不接受她
原因：1.依赖性强，很多问题在处理的时候，她都是想去找其他人帮忙处理，比如和teammate闹矛盾的时候
2.她会是一个参与者但是不是一个项目的执行者，而且在觉得项目很boring的时候会想去做其他的事情，所以我们觉得她有些是来了旅游的心态
3.处理事情的能力不够，在问题的回答上她会说寻求办法解决问题，但是没有提出具体办法
4.可能不能完成feedback
5.要表演的时候比较扭捏，说要拉人一起被punishment
但是她的有优点是性格和善，质朴，英语口语好

整个过程中，jeremy都表现的很随和，很友善，在面试图中因为我们这边有事情而暂停了面试，他也没有介意。感觉是个很不错的汉纸~

总结：因为我们两个都没怎么听清楚她的话，杂音很大而且她总是掉线（掉了7次，但她都没有烦，好有耐心）。由听到的内容来看，这个妹子英语还不错，口音还可以，性格挺自信的，有过ＬＥＡＤ经验，也挺注重团队合作，但是感觉对我们项目不是很上心，不是很了解中国和我们项目。

不会是一个问题，因为要经历生活。并且这是第一次体验，其他文化都很有吸引力，而且自己很喜欢学习，能够来到中国就可以让他很骄傲了。

做过交换生 也是在一个国际化的团队 3个月 出国经历 交了很多朋友 体验到了多元文化
If your teammates are indifferent to the project and you really dislike him/her, what would you do?
首先会和他进行一个小交流小对话，去发现问题，找出原因，然后再劝导她我们这是一个团队，需要一起工作。然后很强调“small talk”认为凡凡事都要坦诚相待，不能有秘密在心里，要说出来。
When faced up with the difficulty, how did you manage to overcome it, could you please give us a real experience for example?
文化冲突 在团队中有一个北非的还有一个（不知道哪个国家的）非常不友好，并不是因为他们的性格人品问题，而就是不同国家有不一样的文化所导致的文化冲突，不能互相理解。找他们谈话（没具体讲怎么解决的）

亚洲最大的国家，领域面积大所以地域文化也是很多元的。很好奇大家其实都是说中文却有各种地域方言。有很多未被开放的地方。喜欢中国饮食。希望了解中国历史，感受融入当地人的日常生活，希望体验到中国的文化，而不是作为一名游客在中国呆个两三星期看几个纪念碑。（她看中的应该就是我们是探索“文化”）

她说文化冲击肯定是有的，但因为她从没来 过中国所以也不会有太多的expectation，但是会以积极理解的态度来对待文化冲击，也相信中国文化中肯定有非常优秀的一面。I’m wondering which city do you prefer? Will you choose big cities like Shanghai or medium cities like Changsha？
查过长沙的资料，做了比较。他们城市算是波兰很大的城市全市有100万人口，而长沙作为中部城市就有200万人口，所以对她说长沙已经是个非常大的城市了。上海北京那些城市人太多了，以后可以以工作或是旅游的机会去看看。

长沙城市更大文化更多元，饮食不一样，服饰不一样

要保护文化的多样性，设计项目让人们来了解自己的传统文化是多么有趣。因为手机电脑，全世界都开始趋同，而正是文化不同才让这个世界有些不一样，所以要好好保护这些有国家特色的地方。

做过导游，向游客介绍俄罗斯，这个工作并不是很难。对他来说是很有意思很新鲜的东西，并没有太多挑战。

事实上在她知道这个项目后，她就查过这边的相关资料，她大致知道一个情况，然后她明白中国每个地方都是不相同的，变数也很大，不论好坏都接受。而且她有个朋友在广州大学做交换生，告诉她中国的生活与他们自己国家完全不同，让他非常的向往，她自己也学了2年中文，但是中文学的不怎么好，（个人感觉）所以非常向往中国的生活，不论好坏。然后也问了她的同学长沙的情况。

感觉还是蛮有想法，考虑问题很周全。有条理，借机会问了下如果她来做global village OK 否，她会充分准备的，并且自己觉得那个活动非常的有震撼力，了解到她也是个吃货，因为她觉得食物是一个地方文化非常显著的代表性的东西。

自己的个性使得自己很难去讨厌一个人（姑娘真的看得出满开朗的）。但即使有这样的情况发生，自己也不会在别人面前表现出来，会努力与他人交流合作。
