Visit Kumamon at "Kumamon Square"

Hello again everybody,

I'm just full of announcements today.  

Beginning on July 24, a "Kumamon Square" will open.  This will be a facility that provides information on sightseeing spots and Kumamoto products.  It will also be a place where you can see Kumamon at regular times.  The Kumamon Square will be located on the first floor of the Tetoria Kumamoto Building, which is inside the East building of Tsuruya in Kumamoto City.

The reason I'm writing is because next Monday, July 22, from 16:30-19:00 there will be a dress rehearsal for the staff of the Kumamon Square.  They will practice selling stuff, giving information, and meeting customers.  But they need fake customers to practice on.  So if you are free, head on down to Tsuruya.  Since it's just practice, you can't buy anything.  But Kumamon will make two appearances, one from 17:00-17:20, and another from 18:10-18:30.  

Apparently the idea for this Kumamon Square came about because the prefecture received complaints from out-of-prefecture tourists who came to Kumamoto and went everywhere but were upset because they didn't meet Kumamon.  So now the prefecture has a designated time and place for people to meet him.
