Nominating Bob Killen (@mrbobbytables) for Github Admin Team

Hi all,

I'd like to nominate Bob Killen (@mrbobbytables) for the GitHub Administration team [1]. Caleb Miles has graciously agreed to step down to make room for Bob. I would like to thank Caleb for all he has done to grow and improve the effectiveness of our community.

Next steps, based on the last time I did this:

- a lazy consensus decision from this SIG, if you have any objections please raise them prior to EOD Friday June 7th

- +1's from all of the existing GitHub Admin team members

- signoff from Steering Committee

Would now be a good time to also look at adding another New Membership Coordinator[1], given Bob's soon-to-be expanded role?

Just to close the loop here as well, I've done all of the needful, and Bob Killen was added to the GitHub Admin Team yesterday
