Action Required: Last Call: Kustomize KEP Finalization

TLDR

Planning to call lazy consensus achieved on https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/pull/698 by end of week, and merge if no new comments come up and the remaining ones are addressed (there are only a few minor comments being discussed).

The only open discussions are:

• What should the name of the kustomization.yaml file be?  `kustomization.yaml` or `Kustomization`.
• Should the `-k` and `-f` flags be mutually exclusive or not?  (leaning towards start with mutually exclusive and revisit later if we decide to do so)

Hey all,

The PR to update the UX around Kustomize integration in kubectl has been open for 2 weeks and has had no blocking comments in the past week (PR reopened after a week due to GitHub not updating it) .

It has 2 KEPs:

• Subcommand integration - implementable
• File processing integration - provisional

I'd like to see it merged with the subcommand integration implementable first, but quickly follow up on addressing file processing integration to make it implementable.
