New Tab settings

Dear friends,

how can I make Krusader open a New Tab in a specified folder? Currently, New Tab always opens a /home/user folder, while I would like it to open, say, /raid folder instead. Is there a special setting for that?

Hi,

currently there is no in-build setting for this, but you could create a
useraction which calls Krusader's dbus interface to open a new tab.
With 'qdbus' for example you could run: "qdbus
org.krusader /Instances/krusader/left_manager
org.krusader.PanelManager.newTab /raid"
Or: "qdbus org.krusader /Instances/krusader
org.krusader.Instance.openUrl /raid"

thank you very much, it works! Although it would be much more convenient to have a corresponding built-in setting. It is a kind of a feature request.:)
