Custom buttons and custom colors for buttons?

Hi there,

at the bottom of Krusader 2 there are buttons like F5 copy and F3 view. Can I add additional buttons there? And can I assign custom colors to these buttons? Much like Directory Opus on old Amiga days, it looked very nice and comfortable to have different colored buttons there. If these things are not possible, please regard it as a wish list.

Hi,

this is currently not possible.
You may add a bug report at bugs.kde.org with the severity set to
'WISH' - that way it won't be forgotten.

A long time ago I had the plan to integrate this bottom tool bar into
the KAction framework, so that virtually any action could be plugged
there (and allowing to change of the keyboard shortcuts; in fact it
would become a regular tool bar, just with a different rendering).
Maybe Jan can keep this idea alive for lonely winter nights ;-)

yes, this certainly sounds like a nice idea.
But I already have a lot of other stuff on my todo-list, so it might
take quite some time until I get to it - unless someone else does it of
course ;-)
