Introducing the Keras Special Interest Group (Keras SIG)

Hi everyone,

We're excited to announce the creation of a Keras Special Interest Group (Keras SIG) to steer the evolution of the Keras API. Its primary purpose is to review and validate Keras API changes.

The Keras SIG will help foster a true open-source community around Keras and give a voice to all stakeholders of the Keras API.

From now on, all proposals to modify the API, in particular to add new features, will have to be submitted to the SIG.

Final API decisions will be made in a monthly SIG meeting.
