Change build from ivy -> maven

As y'all know, Kamikaze has moved to git:

http://github.com/javasoze/kamikaze

I have started a branch: maven

Which moves the build from kamikaze to maven.

But I would like to get some feedback to see if this is something
people wanted.

Keep in mind, we CAN still create maven artifacts in a maven repo with
the ivy build system.
