oov rejection

Is there any way that i can reject all the words out of voabulary,

i have a LM with 1000 unigram words and corresponding lexicon, i want to reject any words speak apart from the words in the LM, is there any sample or script for this process. i use online decoders for testing.

No, this is very hard- if you think about how HMM-based speech recognition works you will see why.  It's better to build an  LM with a larger vocabulary and later ignore the words you're not interested in.
