New docs for the Input package

Some of you that have been poking around the application classes will
have noticed this "input" property floating around. I've had trouble
remember what does what so I've put together some docs on it:

Not 100% but a good start. It's worth noting that JInput and Co. is
the successor for JRequest which is deprecated (so it's worth every
developer's time to glance over these docs).
