Summary
The Project Coordinator works directly for partners. They support all aspects of the partner’s travel, scheduling, logistics, and background research. They also provide support for the full team working under the partner on a wide range of global and domestic political, advocacy, and corporate projects.  Their primary responsibilities include scheduling travel and meetings for the partner, coordinating meetings and workflow for the partner and the team, background research, and proofing of data and client deliverables. They also may provide assistance to opinion research and digital tasks, and possibly travel to assist with conducting focus groups. Over time, successful project coordinators will have the opportunity to take a broader role in the opinion research and consulting process, including preparing for and analyzing focus groups and surveys, providing initial drafts of memos, and engaging with clients.
