Associate: Digital Content Development
The associate responsible for digital content development should be, first and foremost, a strong writer, able to think on her/his feet. She/he should be able to take ideas from the digital, organizing, and communication teams and create concise, cohesive, and creative copy to meet the goals of the firm and its clients.
Requirements:
- Experience working on digital campaigns, email programs, or social media management.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media, and a hunger for continuing to innovate as technologies evolve.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind and excellent verbal communications skills.
- Strong writing skills, with a particular focus on developing content for digital issue campaigns that emphasizes a distinct brand voice and messaging narrative for each client.
- Ability to develop goal-oriented online communication programs including targeted messaging for core audiences and real-time testing and optimization.
- Background that lends itself to analyzing communication programs based on data and client feedback.
- Ability to work with colleagues in related fields like marketing, PR, analytics, and technology.
- Team-player attitude and a drive to find solutions and effectuate change rapidly.
