Finance Assistant

 

John Hickenlooper is running for President because we are in a crisis of division that is threatening the fabric of our democracy and because he has a proven record of bringing people together to tackle difficult challenges and achieve real progressive change.

 

The Hickenlooper 2020 campaign is seeking a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for briefing and event materials, event logistics, and administrative support for the finance team.

 

Prior fundraising experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be a detail oriented self-starter with strong communication skills. The campaign has a vibrant and fast paced culture and the team is created to exploring and expanding all opportunities for fundraising growth.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

-        Assist the National Finance Director in the day to day operations of the finance team

-        Providing key administrative and organizational support for the finance team particularly in regards to event logistics

-        Prepare donor meeting and event materials

-        Assist in the execution and development of fundraising events

-        Other duties as needed.

 

Experience & Qualifications

-        Detail oriented and proficient in Excel

-        Strong interpersonal skills

-        Experience with NGP database
