Campaign manager; Prince William County Virginia Commonwealth's Attorney

Progressive female candidate for Commonwealth’s Attorney in Prince William County, Virginia is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to execute all aspects of her campaign: management, fundraising, and political activities. Successful candidate must have proven fundraising skills, and be self-directed, an adept communicator, and able to get up to speed quickly. 

This position will be responsible for helping devise and ensure implementation of the overall campaign plan, including but not limited to: 

• The field program 
• Coordinating day-to-day operations of the campaign including daily check-ins/ progress reports
• Coordinating communications: social media & email campaigns
• Online and offline volunteer recruitment and training 
• Online and offline fundraising 
• Developing and implementing the finance plan
• Political strategy and grassroots outreach 
• Managing the time of the candidate, core group of supporters and surrogates and volunteers, and  
• Facilitating & staffing campaign events 

 

A successful applicant should have these qualifications:

• Experience with political organizing/fundraising/campaign management.
• A proven track record in coalition building, grassroots or field campaign organizing, fundraising, and public speaking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with campaign communications.
• Demonstrated fundraising experience and knowledge of campaign funding sources and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities, serve as a team leader, and maintain exceptional professionalism.

Compensation: $4,000-$5,200/month, contingent on experience.

The hiring process is ASAP, with a primary election June 11 and the general election in November.
