A Top Tier Democratic United States Senate Campaign in the South is Looking for a Finance Associate

Position Description

The Finance Associate will report to the Finance Director and they will play an important role by providing support to the fundraising operations of the campaign.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct research on prospective donors

Prepare and send fundraising materials, including invitations for events, thank you letters, and donor appeals

Create fundraising reports and other database reports as needed

Continually update and assist with maintaining fundraising data\

Work with event hosts and host committees to build and grow fundraising events

Other duties as assigned by the finance director

Qualifications:

Previous campaign fundraising experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and NGP preferred 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a fast-paced campaign atmosphere

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
