IMMEDIATE HIRE -- Deputy Finance Director/Call Time Manager - Congressional in NC (NC6) **3K A MONTH**

A democratic congressional campaign in North Carolina is searching for a Deputy Finance Director to join the campaign ASAP.

This is a position for the right person has the opportunity to turn into a Finance Director position. 

** We will be looking to have phone interviews April 25th - 27th  with the anticipation of a May 1st start date.**

Responsibilities:

* Oversight and or Management of Call Time with the candidate (required)

* Training staff and or volunteers in best practices in Call Time. 

* Donor research

* Developing a finance plan.

* Meeting and or exceeding fundraising benchmarks.

* Assisting with setting up and coordinating fundraisers for the campaign

* Writing fundraising email blasts.

* Pull call lists for Call Time

* Other duties essential for effective finance operations.

Qualifications:

* At least 2 cycles in campaigns is mandatory.

* Experience in finance is mandatory.

* Experience in North Carolina - Highly Desirable!

* Strong understanding of NGP/Act Blue

* Strong understanding of events management and fundraisers.

* Must know how to run call sheets, be effective with call time, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
