PA Democratic Congressional Campaign Seeks Finance Director

A top-tier, targeted Pennsylvania Democratic congressional campaign is seeking to hire a Finance Director to begin immediately. 

Applicants must have at least one cycle of previous campaign experience on a Federal campaign. Proficiency with NGP/VAN software is required. 

The Finance Director will be responsible for managing multiple revenue streams, a fundraising staff, and consultant teams. This includes a robust call time program for both candidate and staff, a strong email program, building and maintaining an active Finance Committee, and an aggressive events schedule.  

A well-qualified applicant for this position will be someone with exemplary time management, planning, organization and communications skills, who is detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects as well as managing a finance staff. 

This position is based in the Philadelphia area and entails significant personal interaction with the candidate. Irregular hours are to be expected, including evenings and weekends. Salary is commensurate with experience.
