Competitive Texas congressional campaign seeking motivated,

experienced Finance Director for 2020 Democratic Primary

and beyond.

The Mike Siegel for Congress campaign is seeking a Finance Director to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a campaign finance plan that combines outreach to

traditional Democratic donors with strong grassroots fundraising

• Recruit and manage fundraising committee to assist in campaign fundraising

• Schedule and support candidate call time. Produce detailed fundraising reports with

goals and metrics

• Develop and execute frequent fundraising events throughout a large district

• Staff candidate at events and cultivate relationships with possible donors

• Manage campaign finance reporting and compliance

• Set personal and campaign goals and meet key deadlines

• Serve on executive team of campaign

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Expertise with NGP and ActBlue

• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Trello

• Experience managing candidate call time

• Experience managing finance staff/intern team

• Experience of at least 2 campaign cycles

• Experience fundraising in Houston or Austin metro areas

Must be located in or near the Texas 10th for the campaign. Salary commensurate with
