Donor Development Strategies is fundraising on behalf of Iowa Public Television through a door-to-door campaign! 

We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators, with a passion for public media and serving their community!



When you join DDS, you'll be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing and successful canvassing operation that is hungry for leaders and high performers. As a staff member you will canvass communities across the IPTV viewing area: knock on doors, identify support from community members, and sign them up as members of IPTV! Canvassers and Field Managers work closely with our Operations Team to drive the success of both DDS and IPTV.

Make more money with DDS! We offer a higher base salary and a better bonus structure than other canvassing operations. 

• $10/hr base pay for Canvassers + Bonuses
• $13/hr base pay for Field Managers + Bonuses
• Our office averages $12-$18/ hr

More flexible schedule! We are currently hiring for full and part-time positions. 
Typical hours are Monday -- Friday, from 1 -- 9:30pm.
