Senior Digital Strategist 

The senior digital strategist will be the account lead on a variety of NBI clients.  This is a senior-level position and qualified applicants must meet requirements.  

·       Applicant must have 5-7 years professional experience with an emphasis on digital.  First-hand experience directing and managing digital programs for political candidates or public affairs campaigns is a must.   Qualified applicants should also have managed people and have an excellent eye for detail.   

·       Must be proficient in CRMs with knowledge and experience in at least one or more of the following databases: Blue State Digital, Blackbaud, Convio, NGP-VAN, Nationbuilder or Salsa.   

·       Qualified applicants will have at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with creating landing pages (fundraising and petition) and the loading/sending of emails. 

·       Technical experience should include at least basic knowledge and proficiency in CSS, Photoshop and HTML. Experience with design/development of web sites is a PLUS!   

·       Previous experience managing ad campaigns and social media programs. 

·       Excellent writing skills particularly in digital fundraising emails.
