Data Training Manager at New Organizing Institute

       Known nationally for trainings that combine cutting-edge digital and data practice with relationship- based organizing, the New Organizing Institute (NOI) is hiring a full-time Data Training Manager to engage, challenge, and strengthen the progressive data community.

Part data nerd, part trainer, and 100% organizer, the Data Training Manger will conduct creative outreach and community building in order to recruit trainers and participants to our trainings. The integrity of this program relies on the involvement of the best of the best. The position requires facilitating the creating of beginner, intermediate, and advanced level curriculum and executing intensive trainings for a wide audience, including our flagship week-long Data BootCamp.

The ideal candidate for this position has managed or worked extensively with data for electoral or issue- based campaigns and successfully trained organizers, directors, and stand-alone data managers to use data and technology effectively.
