Meet-up - Νοέμβριος 12 - 2011

Ζητήσαμε από το colab Workspace την 12 (Σάββατο) για το επόμενο meeting . Οπότε the show is on! Παρακαλώ τα μέλη που έχουν προτάσεις για παρουσιάσεις να τις παραθέσουν εδώ έτσι ώστε να βγει το τελικό line up!

Θα μπορούσα να κάνω παρουσίαση με θέμα "AMQP for Java developers".

Η παρουσίαση θα περιέχει:
 * Εισαγωγή στο messaging
 * Εισαγωγή στο AMQP
 * Βασικές δυνατότητες του RabbitMQ
 * Εισαγωγή στο RabbitMQ client API
 * Γιατί κάποιος να επιλέξει το spring-amqp από το RabbitMQ client API

Παρεμπιπτόντως αν υπάρχουν και άλλα θέματα δεν έχω πρόβλημα να μετατεθεί η παρουσίαση μου σε μελλοντική συνάντηση.

-Java project configuration

-Maven

-Spring

-Html/css

-Some cool IntelliJ features like multilang editing and refactoring

- vs Eclipse (αυτό είναι μεγάλο θέμα και δεν ξέρω αν θα το χωρέσω στο 30-λεπτο αλλά θα πω σίγουρα κάποιες βασικές διαφορές)

Το event είχε πολύ ενδιαφέρον! Και το βασικότερο είναι ότι συνεχίζουμε για δεύτερη χρονιά, με αρκετό κόσμο.

Για την επόμενη συνάντηση θα μπορούσα να κάνω κάποια παρουσίαση. Είχα δύο ιδέες, η μία είναι για το disruptor (http://code.google.com/p/disruptor/), ένα μηχανισμό για πολύ γρήγορη επικοινωνία ανάμεσα σε threads, που προσωπικά με εντυπωσίασε για τα ζητήματα που λαμβάνει υπ' όψιν του. H άλλη είναι για Lego Mindstorms και πως μπορείς να τα προγραμματίσεις με Java, ενώ μπορώ να κάνω και demo με ένα απλό ρομποτάκι.

Αρχικά να πω ότι η επάνοδος του jhug ήταν δυναμική και ευχαριστούμε τους ομιλητές που μας έδωσαν τροφή για σκέψη.

Ας ελπίζουμε στα καλύτερα και για το επόμενο.

Αν μπορείς Πάρη μετέφερε του Γιάννη του πρόταση στα θέματα προς παρουσίαση.
