Jenkins 2.121.2 LTS RC testing started

Hello everyone,

Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. The two week
testing window ends 2018-07-04 though I will defer to Kohsuke to pick
the actual release date based on his availability around that date.

After coordination with KK and Daniel, we have decided to postpone the release date by 2 weeks. 2.121.2 will therefore be released on 2018-07-18 and the schedule will continue from there without any adjustments as indicated in the community calendar.

I was pointed out this might not be quite clear, let me try again: All releases including 2.121.2 will be released 2 weeks later then originally scheduled/anticipated extending this testing window to 4 weeks while keeping all future backporting and testing windows 2 weeks long. Meaning:

- 2.121.2 will be out on 2018-07-18

- 2.121.3 RC will be out on 2018-08-01

- 2.121.3 will be out on 2018-08-15

- and so on ...
