expose jenkins core build logs

I found some issues with 2 different core versions and want analyse builds logs, but was surprised that

<jglick> You mean of the actual release? kohsuke does these in an undisclosed location late at night.

<jglick> There is no public log, perhaps no private log either.

Please make build process transparent and reproducible (i.e. post Docker container that was used for build).
