Java Posse Roundup registration open

Hi Everyone

We now have the Java Posse Roundup 2012 registration process open for business. Thanks to Bruce for his work setting this up.

Please join us for the Java Posse Roundup, a week of extreme geekery, coding rodeos, open space discussions, lightning talks, snow sports, eating and drinking (secret stash anyone?) :-).

The link below will start you off in the signup process (email and name first, then payment, then info on lodging, travel, etc.). 

For first time attendees, there are numerous lodging options, but one of the more popular ones is to use the roundup group (you will be subscribed when you register) to contact other like-minded people and find a house rental to share. Failing that, there are good lodging options, both in town and at the resort, and there is also a hostel that is clean and very reasonably priced.

We hope to see you there. Signup is first come, first served and we will cap it at 70 (since I don't think Crested Butte could cope with more than that, hell we ran the town out of delivery pizza in our first year, and we weren't even at capacity then :-) ).

P.S. The although the conference "finishes" on Friday, the smart crowd stays until at least the Saturday, as Friday night is typically a fun celebration and meal to close the conference. Many people stay until Sunday, so they get an extra day of skiing or snowmobiling on the Saturday as well.
