Job Description:

 

Seeking a technical project manager to coordinate several groups of engineers, both local to VT and remote, in the migration of these engineering teams from legacy IBM environment and tools to the client’s design enablement development environment and publishing platform. 

 

This project will require careful planning of this migration in order to account for existing scheduled development activity, team by team readiness, tool readiness, customer readiness, and other factors.  The job must be staffed at the Burlington, VT site. 

 

Qualified candidates should have a proven background in the successful planning, execution and cut-over of a large software development or migration project.  They should have relevant project management training and experience and be able to coordinate diverse groups of engineers in software development projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills (fluency in English is mandatory) and will be expected to run regular team coordination meetings as well as provide management with weekly status reports. Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in design enablement (PDK development) is preferred but not required.

 

Technical Skills Required:

·         Business Process Mapping - graphing out solutions

·         Migration Plans - data movement from one source to central database

·         Basic Fab Site operation knowledge

·         Lean Problem Solving

·         Google - docs, spreadsheets, presentations 

·         Knowledge of basic Project  Management

·         Salesforce skill is a plus

Project Description:

·         Migration Plan from IBM  Portal to Client’s Portal pertaining to Design Kits

·         Setting schedules and reporting status.

·         Development of  step down plan

 

Title: ETL Developer

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 8+ Months

Rate: $47/hr on C2C

 

Seeking a technician to assist in data migration of semiconductor wafer Production Design Kits (PDK) from IBM systems to client’s systems.  Will be required to data load PDK documents to the PLM Library.  To perform subsequent updates to the PDK kits and load them into the Agile PLM system.  

To coordinate activities with the Burlington, VT team  in the migration of  the legacy IBM environment and tools to the standard client’s design enablement development environment and publishing platform. 

This project will require software skill, planning, coordinating and enabling published design kit materials to be loaded into the client’s systems. The job must be staffed at the Santa Clara, CA
