Required Skills:

Experience with an automated Batch Scheduling such as Tivoli or CTRL-M, Tidal
Strong knowledge of batch processing and scheduling
Experience with Unix scripting
Understanding of the SDLC
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Services
Healthcare background a plus
Epic or any Claims Processing system a plus
Development background a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to IT & Business partners in a clear, focused and concise manner.
Lotus Notes Experience a plus
Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software required.
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications. *
Assist in other tasks as needed.
