JD ::

• Cisco certifications – Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice

• 3-5 years’ experience with designing, implementing, upgrading and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), CUCM, ICM, Cisco Unity and Unity Connection, Network Routing/Switching

• Experience with Multicast, OSPF, BGP routing protocols.

• Experience with MGCP, SIP, SCCP, H.323, G.711, PRI, SRST

• Experience with Cisco 3900, 4500, 3800, 2900

• Strong communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation; teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to work effectively with internal client from various business organizations and lines of business, and IT management and staff
