- 8+ years of JavaScript Experience on the Client Side ( they could have worked on the server side and moved to the client side)
- 3+ years' experience with HTML5, CSS, AJAX or Spring frameworks.
- Strong HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JSON skills & solid programming background
- Experience working with at least two of the following JavaScript Libraries: JQuery, Backbone (preferred) NodeJS, AngularJS, extJS, SenchaTouch Framework, Promise,
and other frameworks like (FlightJS, requireJS, wireJS , AngularJS)
-Unit Testing Framework, AMD Library - required, and Test Automation/Code Quality
- VERY Strong verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills - they must be able to communicate with the business, scrum teams, and help with technical issues
- Leadership experience - must have been a lead or mentor in past role and be comfortable teaching or supervising Scrum and Applications teams.
