GAM with Monotonic Splines

Hi,

I'm trying to run mgcv gam with several splines where a couple of them have the restriction of being monotonic increasing/decreasing. There's an example how to do this with mono.con and pcls here, but the example only works for a single spline with monotonicity constraint. Any clue how I do this for multiple splines, some of them with monotonicity constraints, others without?
