Hi,

I decided to try and use the ez package. Can anyone recommend on a good tutorial about the ezANOVA() function?

I'm changing my question. How should I use ezANOVA() if I already collapsed the data to cell means? Bellow is the data I have. The ID column is "subject" and the "mrt1" to "mrt12" are the dependent variables. The "mrt1" to "mrt12" is organized by two independent (within-subject) variables: soa (which has four levels) x congruency (which has three levels)
