collapsible d3js trees as reactive filters in shiny

Hi from Arhab,

Wanted to share with you some new Shiny stuff that I wrote. 

The app has integration of d3js objects as reactive elements in  shiny. They are observed by the server and help filter out complex data structures without the user doing more than clicking on a collapsible tree. 

An extra part is a function that rewrites code that is sitting on github so you don't have to clone code on someone's repo to run it (think of it as setwd but for url's...)
