Function for solving differential equations

Hi

I has been a long time since i coded with in R,
Among the things that i want my program to do is to solve some differential equation, i am trying to avoid ODE deSolve function since the pars and the state are not straight forward in my case.

I found this "integrateODE" function that seemed much easier to use... But im having trouble with its package (mosaic). Is anyone here familiar with it and can help? Any ideas or other suggestions ?
