R - Shiny - Downloading data

Shalom lkolam,

I am working on an R-shiny app that looks at multiple datasets.

How can I import 5 datasets (lets say CSV files)  to shiny? 

and, how can I make the data available to other people who use the app?

Would really appreciate any feedback.
