מישהו מכיר פונקציה שיכולה למצוא איזה עמודות תליות לינארית במטריצה?

זה קצת לא מוגדר היטב.... אם כבר, בד"כ מחפשים קבוצה מקסימלית בלתי תלויה, ואז כל וקטור נוסף, תלוי לינארית.

For finding pairwise correlated columns above a certain threshold (e.g. 0.99), lookup:

caret::findCorrelation

But this works only for pairwise, what if 2 columns span the third for example?

If you suspect this kind of linear relationships, from simple to complex, I guess I would go with PCA on my columns.

PCA analysis would not only turn your columns into linearly uncorrelated combinations of columns, but might also show you "underlying" structures in your data.

חוץ מזה, הניחוש שלי זה שאתה יכול לחשב rank למטריצה המלאה, ואז להעיף כל עמודה שלא משפיעה על ה- rank, עד שאתה מגיע למספר עמודות כגודל ה- rank.
