Dear Iso2mehs developers!
I'am facing an issue with my mesh of inhomgeneity in the Tetra size elements. I am using vol2mesh function with 'cgalmesh' method and with the follow parameters :
opt(1).radbound=40;opt(2).radbound=40;opt(3).radbound=40;opt(4).radbound=40;
opt(1).distbound=4;opt(2).distbound=4;opt(3).distbound=4;opt(4).distbound=4;
maxvol=4000;
Since I'm considering just 4 tissues. I am getting a mesh with around 50K of elements which fits perfectly in my memory system while I am running my simulator.The thing is that I am getting problems in my solver and is because the size of the elements are not homogeneous. For example the image attached show in the red box how in that particular region the elements goes smaller .
Is there any way to make them roughly of the same size , without Doing the mesh denser.
Thank you very much for your help.
Regards
Manuel.--
