LSAP for Islandora Repository Reports

I propose that Islandora Repository Reports become a module in Islandora Labs, with a canonical repo on GitHub owned by the Islandora Foundation, subject to the same release management and documentation processes as other Islandora modules.

This module provides a collection of reports on various aspects of an Islandora repository. This module's goal is to provide Islandora repository administrators with a set of visual reports that work with little or no configuration. It is not a replacment for Views.

The module is available under the GPLv2.

All contributors are included under a Contributor License Agreement, which I have registered with the Islandora Foundation.

Thanks, Mark! Having tested this one quite a bit, I'm excited to see it presented for wider adoption. 

The Islandora Coordinating Committee meets on Friday, June 19th, and will review this proposal.
