Islandora Default Thumbs

Hi all,

I would like to formally propose that:

Islandora Default Thumbs https://github.com/discoverygarden/islandora_default_thumbs

become an Islandora component stored in Islandora Labs, with a canonical repo on GitHub owned by the Islandora Foundation, subject to the same release management and documentation processes as other Islandora modules.

The module is available under the GPLv3 license, the same

license used for all Islandora modules.
