Islandora Solution Pack Disk Image as an Islandora component

Hi folks-

I propose that Islandora Solution Pack Disk Image -- an Islandora
Solution Pack for working with disk images -- become an Islandora
component, with a canonical repo on GitHub owned by the Islandora
Foundation, subject to the same release management and documentation
processes as other Islandora modules.

The Disk Image SP code base may be found here[1].

The Disk Image SP is available under the GPLv3 license, the same license
used for all Islandora modules. I have signed the iCLA[2], and
sent it in to Melissa Anez (Project & Community Manager).
