[ISLE] ISLE 1.5.0 Release

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of ISLE version 1.5.0  Along with minor upgrades and fixes to supporting software, this release introduces a new optional feature (Matomo).

MANDATORY: If you have an ISLE repository already, please read through the ISLE Git Cleanup to see what you must do to your repository to stay inline with our updated repository.

Highlights of changes in the ISLE 1.5.0 release include:

• Security updates to images and minor version upgrades for various components.
• Cantaloupe upgrade to 4.1.5 along with XACML fix and new proxy settings.
• Matomo (open-source free website analytics)
• .env now sample.env and not tracked by git to help with server deploys
